    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 TOYOTA Camry. Overall my experience was neutral, because there was a lot of stuff that I had to do during the sales process and it was just a hassle. My salesperson was Pedro, and he provided fine customer service. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I got it, and I was approved the same day. I no longer have the vehicle because I was hit by a drunk driver that was running from the police.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Neon. Overall my experience was positive. We brought the vehicle in for a repair to a cenor by the oil pan. The service took about 2-3 hours, and the cost was covered under warranty. I believe he received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated us okay. The vehicle is going back in on 12/16/08 for a timing belt and water pump because it has been shutting off lately.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Durango. My experience was positive. Scott was my salesperson. My truck was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the truck in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The idle jumps up when I bring the truck to a stop, and it does the same thing when I put it into park.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1998 CHEVROLET Lumina. I brought my car in to get a gasket replaced. The service was completed quickly. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. The staff were good, and so is my car today. Overall my experience was neutral because I had to leave my car overnight.

    I own a 2008 KIA Sephia. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because the heater wasn`t working. it was quickly serviced and I had to pay a fair price. I was given a receipt and the customer service was pretty good. There are no problems with my car now.

    Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 Pontiac Montana. My experience was negative because I wasn`t satisfied with my salesperson. Scott was my salesperson, he was very rude and he really pressured me into the vehicle. The van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. The van is pulling to the right, and I think that there is a gasket that needs to be replaced.

    I own a 2000 Buick Century. I brought my car in for a bad transmission. It was in the shop for one day. The work they did was under warranty. I got paperwork for it. The staff was good as far as customer service. I am no longer having any problems. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in for an oil change. It was in the shop for under an hour. The oil change was under warranty. I got paperwork for it. The workers are nice. I am not having any problems with my vehicle now. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2005 Mercury Sable. I purchased my car from Carlos whose customer service was good. I was there forever to be approved for the vehicle because they were running behind and had more appointments. I was there between 4-5 hours but overall my experience was positive. The vehicle was in good condition when I received it but I am having problems with the brakes and I need a front end alignment. I have an appointment to take the vehicle in on Tuesday so that it can be repaired.

    I own a 2008 OLDSMOBILE Toronado. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in because it was not pulling well. It was quickly serviced and I had to pay a fair price of $25. I was given a receipt and the customer service was good. It is still having the same problem but everything else in the car is fine.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Jacob and he did a great job selling me the car. When I got my car it was running good for me and it was nice and clean to. I got approved for the car that same day. Today my car is running good for me but I am having problems with the key that they gave me. I need to take it into the shop to get fixed.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was neutral because I like to know and see what goes on with my vehicle. They did not give me a receipt and I want to know what they did to my car. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me good. The work done was under warranty and I did not get any paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me.

    I own a 2001 Jeep Other. Overall my experience was positive. We brought the vehicle in for a noise in the brakes, and the service took a couple hours. They did not find a problem, and think it just does it when it is cold. The cost was covered under warranty, and I`m not sure if she received paperwork with the service. The staff there has treated us good so far, and the vehicle still has the noise in the brakes when it is really cold.

    I own a 2001 Pontiac Bonneville. Overall my experience has been very positive. I brought my vehicle in because there were some trnsmission issues. The service was completed very qickly for me. The vehicle is under warranty so I didn`t have to pay. I did recieve paperwork along with the service. The car is working perfect ever since I had the work done. The staff was very good, they did a beautiful job.
