 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in for an oil change. It didn`t take that long. It was under warranty and I got paperwork for it. The staff is excellent. I am not having any problems with my vehicle. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2005 Ford F-150. Overall my experience has been positive. Dewayne was the name of my salesperson that helped me that day. He did a really good job. When I purchased my vehicle it was in good condition and it was also very clean. The vehicle seems to be running just fine today. I was approved in the same day.

 | I own a 2004 Dodge Intrepid. Overall my experience has been positive. I brought my vehicle in because the technition had left the hood open and lug nuts were off and the belt was not replaced. The service was completeed quickly for me. The vehicle is under warranty so I didn`t have to pay for the service. I did recieve paperwork along with the service. The vehicle is doing ok my oil light is flickering so I have to take it in. The staff was good when it came to customer service.

 | I own a 2001 Hyundai Elantra. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for tire rods, struts, alignment, etc. and the service was completed the same day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there were excellent, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2008 Pontiac Bonneville. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in to have the breaks done. It was quickly serviced and I did not have to pay. I was given a receipt and the customer service was great. The car is making a little noise, but I think it just needs a tune up.

 | I own a 2002 Chrysler CARAVAN (P. Solona was the salesperson that helped me, and the vehicle that I selected was in good shape when I received it. I was also approved the same day for the vehicle, and the vehicle makes a squeaking noise from the belts. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experince positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was neutral because it takes alot of miles to keep bringing my car into the shop. I keep having problems and it is costing me in gas and milage. My warranty is going to run out because I have to keep driving to get it fixed. I took my car into the shop because I was having problems with my gas tank and they needed to do an oil change. They had my car in the shop for about two hours and while I was there the staff members treated me ok. The work done was under warranty and I did not get paperwork with it. Today my car is running ok for me.

The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

It was still within my 30 days. I got paperwork for the work they did. The staff was good as far as customer service. I am not having any problems with the vehicle now. I don`t know if I got paperwork for the work they did. I was very satisfied with the staff. They took care of it. I am not having any problems with the van now.  | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Impala. My salesperson sat near the door as you come in, and was a new salesperson also, and the vehilce that I purcahsed was ok when I received it. It took about three hours for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has a few rust spots now. The staff was fine, and overall I would rate this experience neutral because of the rust spots

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2008 Chrysler VOYAGER. I had to get a new remote for the DVD player in my car. It was not actually in the shop. I just had to go in to order the remote and then pick it up. It was not covered under warranty, but they ended up paying for it. I received a receipt. I was very frustrated with it not being covered under warranty. I am not sure how the customer service was. Currently the DVD player is still not working with the new remote. Overall my experience was negative because the DVD player is still not working.
