    I own a 1999 Plymouth Voyager. Overall my experience was positive. I took my car into the shop because my oil pan was leaking and the back windows were not working for me. They had my car in the shop for about one day and the staff members treated me really good. The work done was under warranty and Id id get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me but I have to take it back and get my radio fixed.

    I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. I brought the vehicle in for tires, brakes, liquids, and an oil change. The service took about 2 weeks, and I had to pay for the service. I felt the price was fair, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and I currently need an oil change. Other than that, there are no problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2003 Buick LeSabre. Overall my experience was positive. My heating system was not working, so my vehicle for about three hours. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the staff did a good job during the service of my vehicle.

    I own a 2008 KIA Sephia. I brought my car in for the engine I think last time. It was only in the shop for a day or two. It was under warranty. I got paperwork for the work they did. The staff is good except the manager. Not the serivce manager but the actual manager. He is a prick and I don`t like him. I have to take my car back in for the air conditioner compressor. Also it sounds like in the transmission metal is hitting metal. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Venture. I had to take the vehicle in to get the oil changed. It only took about 11 minutes for them to complete the repair. Everything was covered under warranty but I didn`t receive any paperwork that day. The staff is good but sometimes they are very slow. I would give them a 100% for service. I am having problems with my rotors and my headlights are very dim. I have paid to change the bulbs myself but I think there is a short somewhere. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 MAZDA 626. I brought my car in to get the transmission fixed. The service could have been completed faster, but it took about a week. The car was under warranty, and I received a receipt. Joseph was wonderful, and was very informative. My car is running good today, but could use a tune up. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was MK and she was good but had a little bit of an atitude but she made everything clear. The car was in good condition when I got it. The bumper is all scrathced up, sometimes it wont start up, and the lock button on the keys does not work. It took 2 long days to get approved and I was late for work. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Cavalier. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the service took about 20 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me good, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2001 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a motor mount, alternator check, and a few other issues, and the service took about 2-3 hours. I had to pay for the motor mount, and they gave me a good price on it. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there were wonderful. There are some good people working there at the service center. There is still a problem with the alternator, but they just told me to bring it back in if I was having more problems.

    I own a 2005 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was J.D., and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was great when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with my vehilce. My sales person did a good job through out the purchase of my vehicle.

    I own a 2004 Ford Taurus. Overal my experiene has been positive. Wayne was the name of my salesperson that helped me that day. He did a really good job. When I purchased my vehicle from him it was in good condition and it was also very clean. The car is doing just fine today, I have no problems. I was approved in the same day.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 Ford Focus. Overall my experience was neutral, because they postponed my appointment for 2 months, and the customer service was not very good. I brought my vehicle in for a water leak in the radiator, and the service took about 45 minutes. When they pushed my appointment back for 2 months I was afraid that the problem would seriously damage the motor. It only took 45 minutes to fix, so I do not see why they could not squeeze me in before. The cost was covered under warranty, and I did not receive any paperwork with the service. I believe that the staff there needs a little more training, and currently there is a window that is stuck up. I also feel that they should have a loaner car available for the customers. It would be much more convenient, and would make people alot more happy with the service.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Dakota. Laura was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in very good condition when I received it. I was also approved the same day for the vehicle, and the rocker arms need to be tighented, and the valve cover gasket has a leak. The staff was wonderful, nand overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. I purchased my vehicle for Skip who was wonderful. This was my 1st time buying a vehicle so it was a great experience. I was in the dealership off and on for 3 hours before I received my vehicle which was in great condition. I watched the video and they explained everything to me about my purchase. I am having problems with the gas pedal jerking but I am taking it in to be looked at. My overall experience was positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Caravan. Oil change was the recent service the vehice received, and it took about twenty minutes for the vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was excellent like always they are the best bunch of people, and the vehicle has no problems now. Overall I would rate this expereince positive.
