 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Hyundai Accent. Overall my experience was neutral, because the vehicle still is having the same problems with the transmission. I brought the vehicle in for a transmission repair, and the service took a couple of hours. I had to pay $50 for the service, and I think that was a fair price. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me good. I am currently experiencing the same problems with the transmission.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Windstar. I took my car into the shop because I needed to get an alignment done to it. They had my car in the shop for about one day and while I was there the staff members treated me fine. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running bad and I need to take it back to get fixed again. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2002 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Janette, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was in good condition when I bought it, and I currently do not have any problems with it. Janette did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

I got paperwork. The staff was good as far as customer service. I am not having any problems with my vehicle now. Overall, my experience was positive.

I went in for 2 days to be approved for the vehicle but it only took about 1 hour for the whole process. My overall experience is positive.

I brought my vehicle in because the emissions light keeps coming on. They kept it for an hour while they were working on it. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there have provided wonderful customer service, and the emmissions light is still currently on. I went to JD Byrider to get a reliable car, and I have had to take it in every couple weeks for service. That is not reliable to me.
