 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a strut bearing, and the service took about a day. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me great this time, and there are no current problems with the vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 Ford Windstar. My experience was positive. Scott was my salesperson. My van was clean and running well when I got it. I was approved for the van in one day. Financing and approval was clearly explained to me. My van is still running alright.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was neutral, because of all the problems we have had with the vehicle. It just seems to be one problem after another, and it is always in the service center. We brought it in for a new computer, and the service took about a week. We had to pay for the service, and I felt they treated us fairly with the price. We received paperwork with the service, and the staff there was awesome in terms of customer service. Currently, the check engine light is on.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET Venture. Denise was my salesman. She was really good. My wife and I both liked her. She was very friendly and nice. The car was really clean and in good condition when I got it. I did notice that the sticker on the license plate says 08 and not 09. It does not match the registration. Also we had the service engine light come on a few days after we bought it but they took care of it. It was something funky with the gas cap. I was approved the same day but it did take awhile. I noticed the people ahead of us took awhile to so I guess everyone does. I am not complaining though because they got us a car which was important. Overall, my experience was positive. It is a good service.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Cavalier. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center for an oil change, which was quickly done while I waited. I paid a fair price for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was really good to me, and my car is running alright now.

They had my car in the shop for about one day and while I was there the staff members treated me great. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is wrecked and I am getting a new one. Overall my experience was positive.
