    I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get new back springs put on. The staff members did an excellent for me and they had my car done that same day. I had to pay for the work done and I did get a receipt with it. The price I had to pay was really fair for me. Today my car is running excellent for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 SATURN VUE. Engine light issues was the recent problems with the vehicle, and it was there from eight to before two to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was great, and the vehicle is fine now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 1999 Ford Taurus. I took the car to the service center because since the day I bought the car the heat didnt work. I didnt get the car back till the next day. All the work that was done was covered under warranty, but they gave me a receipt back. The heat still dont work. The car is in the shop now I am just waiting for them to call so I can go get it. The staff was alright but they need to work on there attitudes. Overall my experience was neutral because I keep having problems with the car and they arent able to find the problem and fix it.

    I own a 1997 Buick LeSabre. I brought my car in to get a new side mirror and for an oil change. I had to wait for the mirror to arrive, but once they had the mirror it only took about thirty minutes to complete. It was covered under warranty. I received paperwork for the service. The customer service is the best out of any place I have been in my life. Currently the car has no problems other than sometimes I smell a little gas. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My salesman was black and had a bald head. He was pretty good. The car was clean and in good condition when I purchased it. I am not having any problems with it now. I was approved for the vehicle the same day I went in. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Ford Windstar. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to get an oil change and it took a little bit longer than an hour I think. I paid $10 for the service and they gave me a receipt. The staff did a fine job. The heater needs to be fixed and the doors at the front are going bad.

    I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Malibu. My salesperson was Matthew and he was a good guy. The car was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems with the car now. It took about an hour to get approved. Overall, my experience was positive.

    I own a 2004 Ford FREESTAR. The new vehicle that I recetly purchased was in alright shape when I received it, and the salesperson was a white guy with short dark hair. It took about twenty minutes for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle`s carpet is dirty, and it needs floor mats also. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

    I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get a new timing belt put on it. They had my car back to me that same day and while I was there the staff members treated me ok. My car was under warranty at that time and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 2000 Ford Ranger. I took the car to the service center to have the ball joints replaced, and they sent it to ford to have the work done. I didnt get the car back for a couple of days. I didnt have to pay for the work that was done, but they still have the receipts. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff there treated me good. They should have checked the car out a little before they sold it to me. Overall my experience was positive.

    I own a 1999 Dodge Durango. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in to fit an interior door panel, and the vehicle was there for about 15 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and I did not yet receive paperwork. We are bringing the vehicle back in once the part comes in to replace the panel. The customer service there was fantastic, and there are no other current problems with the vehicle.

    I own a 2002 Ford Taurus. I brought my car in because it was hesitating. It took 1 day to get fixed. It was under warranty anmd I got a receipt. The staff was great. The car is still hesitating when I drive. Overall, my experience was positive.

    But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. Overall my experience has been neutral becuase the problem we have has never really been fixed and we were charged for it when the problems were detected 3 days after we had the vehicle and it was uder warranty. I brought the vehilce in becuase I had to have the barrings fixed and a new air compressor. THe vehicle is doing ok now, but we have had alot of problems. I really like Bryan I think he does a really good job.

    I own a 2002 Dodge Grand Cara. My experience was positive. I took my van to the service center because the check engine light was on. The work was done within a couple of hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was very nice to me, but the check engine light is back on.

    I own a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix. Overall my experience was positive. I worked with Robyn and she did a fantastic job working with me. The vehicle was clean and in good condition when I bought it and I have not had a single problem with it since I got it. I was approved the first day I went in.
