 | I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for a transmission, and the service took about 2 weeks. I had to pay for the service, and I felt the price was fair. However, I am already having transmission problem again. I received paperwork with the service, and the staff there treated me good. There are no other current problems besides the transmission at this time.

 | I own a 1999 Dodge Stratus. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was Jeff, and I was approved the same day. My vehicle was pretty good shape when I bought it, but there was an issues with the brakes and the interior light. The light stopped working, and the brakes sweek a little. The staff said that warranty would not cover the interior light, becuase it does not affect the way that the vehicle drives. The service department told me that if I buy the part for the light, then they will install it for me. Jeff did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2000 Plymouth Neon. I brought my car in for an oil change. It took 20 minutes to do. It was under warranty. I got paperwork for the oil change. The staff`s customer service was excellent. I am not having any problems with the car now. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2003 Buick Century. I worked with David on the purchase of my vehicle, and he did a great job. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and it is doing fine today, other than an issues I am having with the driver side door; once or twice a day, it will not open from the outside, and I have to scoot across the passenger side into my seat. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | I own a 1999 Pontiac Sunfire. I recently brought the vehicle in to see about the service engine light, and they had the vehicle from eight am until noon. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff treated me well, and the vehicle had an issue but was taken care of. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. Jacob was the salesperson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. I was also approved for the vehicle the same day, and the vehicle is going in the shop Monday for service. The staff was excellent, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2000 Buick Park Avenu. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and the service took about 10 minutes. The cost was covered under warranty, and they are mailing me my paperwork for the service. The staff there treated me with the most kindness and consideration. They really do a great job there. I have an appointment to have the transmission worked on, but other than that there are no problems.

 | I own a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get a new altenator. Also while it was there they put a new battery in and they gave me an oil change. They had my car done in one day and while I was there the staff members treated me great. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running good for me.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET S-10. My sales person was a man who sat at the last table after walking through the doors. I was there for about 3 hours and the truck was in good condition when I got it. There are no problems at all and the staff there was good. The experience was positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Ford Explorer. I took the car to the service center because it was stalling and the check engine light was on. The car was there for a week and a half because they could find the problem. All the work that was done to the car was covered under warranty, but they didnt give me anything back. I am not having any problems with the car now. The staff treated me very good. Overall my experience was neutral because they had the car so long.

My back brake light doesn`t work, but there is a scrubbing noise when go over a bump. My sales person did a good job, and I think my vehicle drives good for the most part.
