 | I own a 2008 Ford Taurus. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was Stacy and she was great. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with the car now. I was not approved the first day because of my income at the time. All I needed was a pay stub and it went through the second time. My father is thinking of going there to get a car.

 | I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because the heater wasn`t working. The work was done in about eight hours. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff is excellent, and my car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix. Angie was the saleseprson that helped me select my vehicle, and the vehicle that I selected was in good condition when I received it. It took about thirty minutes for me to be approved for the vehicle, and the vehicle has no problems with it now. The staff was good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 OLDSMOBILE Silhouette. My overall experience was positive. I took my car into the shop for an oil change. It did not take long at all. It was under warranty. I did receive paperwork and a receipt. The staff were great. There are no problems with my car at this time.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. My car was in for a oil change. They had my car for about twenty minutes. The service was under warranty. They did free oil changes. They did give me paper work. I need to have the breaks fixed, they have been rubbing since I got the car. The employees were alright, I do not deal with them that much. I have had problems with them in the past. My overall experience was neutral, because I have had problems with them in the past .

I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was great, Mark is always very nice to me. My car is running alright now.

 | I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. I brought my car in for an oil change and to have the cadalic converter replaced. It was in the shop for two hours. It was under warranty. I got paperwork for what they did. The staff was fine as far as customer service. I am having problems with my brakes but that is not covered under the warranty. Overall, my experience was positive.

It was quickly serviced in under a day, and I was given a receipt. The customer service was good and I have no complaints. There are no problems with the car now.

 | I own a 2001 SATURN SL. Overall my experience was positive. I brought my vehicle in because it was making a noise, but they could not find any problem. The vehicle was there at the service center for a day while they tried to find the issue. The cost was covered under warranty, and I received paperwork with the service. The staff there treated me fine, and there is still the same noise with the vehicle. Other than that, it seems to be running alright.
