 | I own a 2001 Mercury Sable. I recently brought the vehicle in for a vibration, it was transmission service, and they had it for two days for it to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff treated me well, but the vehicle has the same problem now. Overall I would rate this experience positive.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Durango. My experience was positive. I took my truck to the service center because the power windows wouldn`t go down. The work was done within a couple of hours. My warranty covered the work, and I was given some paperwork for it. The service staff was friendly. The heater is making a rattling noise.

 | I own a 2000 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was positive. My vehicle was clean inside and in a good running condition when I first got it. I did have a headlight bulb out. The staff overall were excellent. I was approved for my car the same day.

 | I own a 2001 Ford Taurus. I worked with AnnMarie on the purchase of my vehicle, and she did a great job helping me out. My vehicle was clean and in good condition when I picked it up, and the vehicle is doing fine today; so far, so good. I was approved the same day for my purchase, and all in all, I consider my experience with JD Byrider to be positive.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Ford Taurus. My overall experience was neutral because when I first brought my car in they did not even look under the hood to diagnose it, I had to take it somewhere else to get diagnosed. I brought my car in for an oil change and they needed to replace the starter. They did service my car in one day. I was charged and I did get a receipt. I currently do not have any problems now with my car. Taff treated me well.

 | I own a 1999 CHEVROLET Silverado. Tammy was my salesperson and she was great. The truck was clean and in good condition when I got it. Now the service your engine light keeps coming on and off. Also the cd player doesn`t work but that is not covered in my warranty. I was approved for the vehicle the same day. Overall, my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 CHEVROLET Malibu. Overall, my experience was positive. My salesperson was a nice young white lady. She was beautiful as far as customer service. My vehicle was in good condition and clean when I bought it. There are no problems with the car now. I was approved the same day.

 | I own a 2000 CHEVROLET Monte Carl. I took the car to the service center to get a oil change, and it didnt take long at all. I didnt have to pay for it, but they gave me a receipt back. I aint happy because the last time I took it to the shop they replaced the head gaskets, and now when I start the car it ticks. The staff treated me good. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1999 Buick LeSabre. I brought it in because a sound that they said was the brakes. It was there for an hour or so and the service was covered. I did get a receipt. The sound is still loud as it has ever been. I have already talked to them about it and they said to spray the brakes down. The staff there was very good and the experience was positive.

I was charged $50.00 and I did get a receipt. I do not have any problems now with my vehicle. The staff treated me really well.

The repair was covered under warranty but I didn`t receive any paperwork that day. I don`t have any problems with the car right now and the staff is great. They are really nice people.  | I own a 1998 GMC Sonoma. Overall, my experience was positive. I brought the car in for a smoke test and a gas leak. It was quickly serviced and I did not pay anything. I was given a receipt and the customer service was good. There are no problems with the car now.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2000 Mercury Sable. I brought my car in because the check engine light was on, it would stall at a red light, and when I would start it, it would turn off. It was in the shop overnight. When I got it back, I was not even a block away and the engine light came back on. They have my car again now. They sent out my car to a Ford dealer. They gave me a loaner car but the check engine light came on in that car too. I feel like I was sold a lemon. We are paying for a vehicle that is not even working. The work they did was under warranty. I got paperwork for it when I picked it up. The staff`s customer service was all right. Overall, my experience was neutral because of all the problems I am having.
