 | I own a 2002 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was John, and I was approved the same day. The vehicle is in prettey good shape when I bought it, but it currently needs a front end alignment. John is a very good sales representative, and he did a good job during the purchase of my vehicle.

 | I own a 2003 Dodge Grand Cara. Overall my experience was positive. My sales person was a lady, tall, and African American. I was approved the same day, and the vehicle was in good shape when I bought it. I currently do not have any problems with my vehicle, and the sales person did a great job during the purchase.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2003 Dodge Caravan. Overall my experience was neutral, becuase my axil is still popping. I had service on my axil, and my vehicle was in the shop for about one day. My axil is making noise again, but it only does it some times. My vehicle was under warranty, and I received paperwork. The customer service was fine, but the staff told me that they can not fix the axil again unless the axil is making noise all of the time. I have three kids, and do you think that I want to drive down the road with my vehicle making that noise. That means I have to wait for the problem to get worse, just so the service department will fix the problem.

 | I own a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am. My experience was positive. I took my car to the service center because the check engine and check oil lights were on. The work was done in about ten minutes. I didn`t have to pay for the work, and I don`t have any paperwork for it. The service staff was pretty good to me. The check engine light is back on, and the driver side window isn`t working.

 | I own a 2004 CHEVROLET AVEO. I brought my car into the shop because I needed to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me fine while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it. Today my car is running fine for me. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 1998 MAZDA Millenia. I took my car into the shop because it was time for me to get an oil change done to it. They had my car done quickly for me and the staff members treated me very well while I was there. The work done was under warranty and I did get paperwork with it.  | I own a 2000 Dodge Caravan. I brought my car in because there is a leak. I have not received my car back. The vehicle is under warranty. Since it is not finished, I have not received a receipt. The staff are always excellent. My car also is getting the tires, and tie rod fixed. Overall my experience was positive.

 | I own a 2004 Pontiac Bonneville. My overall experience was positive but can be sometimes disappointing. I brought my car in because there is something wrong with the transmission. They kept my car for a couple of hours to diagnose my issues. I was not charged and I did get a receipt of things wrong with my car. The car is not accelerating when I reach speeds of 65 mph and it jerks sometimes. The staff overall wa okay.

 | Now this JD Byrider Customer was not so happy.. I own a 2003 CHEVROLET Tracker. My experience was negative because my car is a lemon, it`s been back and forth to the service center too many times, and I`m still having problems with it. I took my car to the service center for a cam sensor. The work was done in about two days. My warranty covered the work, and I don`t have any paperwork for it. The service staff treated me just fine. The windows are off-track, and the door handles keep popping off.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2002 OLDSMOBILE Alero. My salesperson was a female with blonde hair. She did pretty well with customer service. The vehicle was clean when we recieved it but I noticed after a couple of days that the car had been wreced on the drviers side. There is scratches on it. The vehicle is doing good today. My overall experience was neutral because I wish I would have known it had already been wrecked.

 | But did we help this JD Byrider Customer with their problem ? I own a 2001 SATURN L100. I brought it in for the transmission. It was there for about 2 and a half or 3 days. It has been in 10 times now though for the same problem. The service was covered and I did get a receipt The car isn`t doing what it used to but the engine light comes on and off every once in awhile, and the shift is off every once in awile. I have not talked to them about it yet. The staff there was fine and the experience was neutral because I had to have it in so many times before they actually fixed it, and now I`m not sure if it is completely fixed.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge Stratus. My salesperson was a black female. She was very nice. The vehicle is doing well today. It was in good condition and clean when I received it. The car is doing good today. I was approved the same day. My overall experience was positive.

 | I own a 2001 Dodge 1500. The vehicle was recently brought in because when you turn it made a noise in the front end, and it was there from seven to four thirty to be serviced. The vehicle`s service was under warranty, and I did receive a receipt for the service. The staff was real good, and overall I would rate this experience positive.

Overall my experience has been neutral becuase when I took my vehicle in to have the lights fixed they messed up my windshield wipers so when you use them they stop right in front of your face. THe veicle is under warranty so I didn`t have to pay. I don`t know if I recieved a reciept . The vehicle is doing ok expect for the wipers. The staff usually does a good job , but some times they are a pain in the butt.
